For over a quarter century, Atlantic Illumination has been housed at 80 Fairbanks Street in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. The location sports a two-story building dating from the Halifax Explosion era around the end of World War I. Overlooking historic Halifax Harbour, the company's Showroom, Business Office, Assembly Shop, Electronics Shop, and Gel & Lamp area are housed in this building. Total floor space is 500 square meters. |

Sales inventory is stored on shelves lining the corridor where rentals are dispatched and received through a large loading bay. At the rear of this area is The Electronics Repair Shop with stand-up and sit-down repair benches. Opposite this, lies Shipping & Receiving, and The Assembly Shop. Here is where custom fabrication and painting are done, along with repairs requiring carpentry, metal working, or other types of heavy labour. Upstairs is the company's warehouse storage area with two additional, but smaller, sets of bay doors. Future plans dictate that the rear part of this area becomes offices, while the front area would be developed into an upper-level, additional showroom. |
